I've uninstalled drivers, swapped ports, and even bought a new cat 6 cable, I've gone into my command prompt and flushed DNS, even disbaled services and tried to boot in "normal windows" without third party services and everything I can find to fix this issue, however it still persists. My device manager shows its on Auto-Negotiate and also has 1.0Gbps speeds under adapter properties. Now fast forward to know, my download speeds are still in the 900ish ballpark, but my upload dropped to 110, BUT this 110 is not a stable 110, as I had to lower my bitrate on OBS for streaming to 3500.and even then I'm dropping frames relatively often. My speeds upon getting my PC were 930 DOWN, 600 Up, which for my gaming, streaming and everything else I like to do this was amazing. My PC has an onboard Killer e2400 Gigabit ethernet controller, and I have Bell Gigabit Fibe Internet I'll make this as EASY to understand as I can.
